Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), the flesh of which
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Cardamom, ground
  • Clove powder
  • some rose water
  • 3 tbsp brown cane sugar
  • 500 ml yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend the mango pulp with buttermilk and 6 ice cubes. Season with cardamom, clove powder, sugar, and rose water. Add the yogurt and blend until smooth.
