Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 mango(s), the flesh of which
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 6 ice cubes
- Cardamom, ground
- Clove powder
- some rose water
- 3 tbsp brown cane sugar
- 500 ml yogurt
Instructions

Blend the mango pulp with buttermilk and 6 ice cubes. Season with cardamom, clove powder, sugar, and rose water. Add the yogurt and blend until smooth.
