  • 2 apples
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Peel the celery, roughly chop it, and boil it in salted water until tender. Then cut it into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Peel and grate the apples, drizzle with lemon juice, and add to the celery. Add the sour cream, a pinch of salt, and sugar, and mix. Cover and let stand for one hour. Toast the walnuts in a pan and sprinkle them over the salad before serving.
