Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pieces of fish, hake or similar
  • 8 small potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 2 onions
  • 1 parsley
  • 2 bay leaves, halved
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some chili depending on the spiciness

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Boil the small potatoes in their skins until almost tender, rinse, peel, and halve. Slice the onion, tomatoes, and lemons. Rinse the fish and place them on a double sheet of aluminum foil greased with olive oil. Place a quarter of the tomato, lemon, and onion slices on top of the fish. Place the small halved potatoes next to the fish, season with salt and pepper, and freshly ground chili, bay leaf, and garlic. Sprinkle with parsley and seal the foil tightly. Cook the fish in the oven at approximately 200 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
