Apple muffins with chocolate surprise

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g apples
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 75 ml oil
  • 1 bar of chocolate of your choice
  • possibly butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the apples and dice them. Grease a muffin tin with butter or line it with paper baking cups. Separately, combine the flour and baking powder. Whisk the eggs with the yogurt, sugar, and oil. Add the diced apples and mix well. Briefly fold in the flour mixture (I usually just use a whisk) and then immediately pour into the muffin tins. Finally, press a piece of chocolate into each muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
