Donuts for the baking tray

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp oil, e.g. sunflower oil
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • some powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without egg and with only a little fat!

Set aside 2 tablespoons of flour and mix them with the baking powder. Mix the remaining ingredients with a mixer until they form a smooth, rather sticky batter. Add a little more milk if needed. Then quickly stir in the baking powder mixture. Fill the batter into a piping bag or a freezer bag with a snipped corner and pour it into a thoroughly greased donut pan. Bake on the middle rack at 180°C for about 15 minutes. The donuts are done when they are golden brown on top. Let the baked donuts cool in the pan for 10 minutes, carefully remove them from the pan, and let them cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar. Variation: If you increase the amount of flour by about 70 g and overfill the pans, you get donuts with a hollow instead of a hole. This hollow can be filled with jam, chocolate cream, fruit salad, etc.
