Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g pork neck
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 large onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Caraway seeds
- marjoram
- broth
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely chop the onions. Peel and crush the garlic. Dice the meat and fry in hot oil. Season generously with salt, pepper, caraway seeds (whole or ground), and marjoram. Then add broth. Simmer in a covered pan for 40 minutes. Season with vinegar. Thicken slightly with flour and 0.5 cups sour cream. Let it simmer a little longer with 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Serve with bread dumplings and a green salad.
