  • 1 pack of mozzarella

  • pepper
  • basil, fresh

  • some oil (olive oil)

Instructions

Whisk the eggs with the milk, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Pour in the egg-milk mixture and arrange the tomato slices on top. Arrange the sliced ​​mozzarella on top of the tomatoes. Cover and let the egg-milk mixture set over low heat. Remove from the heat before the eggs burn. The dish is ready when the mozzarella has melted and the eggs have set. Serve with a green salad and Italian dressing.
