Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 1 beefsteak tomato(s)
- 1 pack of mozzarella
- 1 pinch of salt
- pepper
- basil, fresh
- n. B. spice mix (tomato seasoning salt)
- some oil (olive oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the eggs with the milk, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Pour in the egg-milk mixture and arrange the tomato slices on top. Arrange the sliced mozzarella on top of the tomatoes. Cover and let the egg-milk mixture set over low heat. Remove from the heat before the eggs burn. The dish is ready when the mozzarella has melted and the eggs have set. Serve with a green salad and Italian dressing.
