Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g meat sausage
- 1 ring/s sausage (black sausage)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 0.1 liters of meat broth
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cut the pork sausage and black pudding into thin strips, finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix everything together. Make a dressing from vinegar, oil, meat broth, salt, pepper, and parsley and pour it over the sausage. Then let it all sit for another hour for the best flavor.
