Baked tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • e.g. olive oil
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese, crumbled
  • e.g. parsley
  • e.g. basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and place them in a baking dish. Mix the breadcrumbs with the crushed garlic clove, crumbled cheese, parsley, basil, and olive oil and spread them over the tomatoes (I always use a tablespoon). Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. This dish is perfect as a starter or as a small snack. Perhaps serve with a slice of toast.
