Pasta – tuna – salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 250 g cheese (medium-aged Gouda)
  • 4 gherkins
  • 1 small can of corn, drained
  • 1 small can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 125 ml salad cream 23% fat
  • 125 ml mayonnaise 80% fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Cucumber juice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Our absolute favorite salad that goes great with grilled food!

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then rinse with cold water and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the two types of mayonnaise and stir in the drained tuna. Season with salt, pepper, and a little pickle juice. Finely dice the Gouda cheese and cucumbers and fold in along with the drained corn, kidney beans, and pasta. This salad tastes best freshly prepared.
