- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 50 g walnuts or almonds

Finely chop the nuts and then roast them. Mix with the oil and let it steep for about 5 days. Strain and pour into a bottle. Store the oil in a dark place, as it will keep for about 2 months. This is ideal if you only need small amounts of nut oil (like me), as it saves you from having to buy a large bottle, which is quite expensive and will probably never be used up.
