  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • possibly cucumber(s)
  • some fried onions
  • 2 onions
  • 2 buns (hamburger), preferably with sesame
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 slices of processed cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic
  • chili powder
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • e.g. ketchup, or mustard, or BBQ sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Finely dice the onions and mix them into the ground beef, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce if desired. Crush 2 cloves of garlic and add them to the ground beef. Knead everything thoroughly and form 2 meatballs, as evenly as possible. Grill or fry the meatballs for about 10 minutes on each side. Slice the tomatoes and prepare the salad. If you like bacon, fry it briefly and place it between the bun and the lettuce. Place the cheese on the hot meatballs and then on the bun. If desired, you can add roasted onions, cucumber, and tomatoes. If you have BBQ sauce, you can put that on the burgers, but ketchup and mustard will also do.
