Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g butter
  • 1 tsp sea salt, coarse

Instructions

Beurre demi-sel, Beurre aux Grains de Sel de Mer

Place the butter at room temperature in a mixing bowl and add the coarse salt. Mix everything thoroughly with a hand blender. The coarse salt grains can be ground down a bit with a knife if desired. Then pour the butter into a suitable container and refrigerate. This is an inexpensive way to make your own salted butter.
