Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can/n oil sardines, boneless fillets, 120 g net
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup(s) chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp, heaped cream cheese
- Sea salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Easy and quick to prepare – as an aperitif
Drain the sardines, discarding the oil. Mash the fillets with a fork. Mix in softened butter, cream cheese, and coriander. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Serve on toast or baguette slices as an aperitif. When purchasing sardines, make sure they are boneless.
