Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g Camembert(s), ripe
- 200 g cream cheese (e.g. Exquisa), natural
- 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 50 g butter, soft
- 1 m.-large onion(s), finely diced
- Processed cheese (paprika processed cheese), 2 corners
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- possibly caraway
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the Camembert and butter into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the diced onion, cream cheese, Emmental, and processed cheese. Wash your hands thoroughly and knead the mixture until everything is well blended and soft (it takes forever with a fork). Season with caraway seeds (if you like), paprika, and pepper, and knead thoroughly once more to ensure all the spices are evenly distributed. Serve with fresh farmhouse or crusty bread, of course.
