Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ½ cup paprika powder, sweet
  • ¼ cup cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup coarse sea salt
  • 2 tbsp black pepper, crushed
  • 2 tbsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp ground red pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Memphis Dust

Mix everything together. The seasoning mix will keep for a very long time if stored airtight.
