Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, small
- salt and pepper
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Parsley, chopped
- garlic powder
- chili powder
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them lengthwise into quarters or eighths, still with the skin on. Mix them in a large bowl with the oil and seasonings, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes at 210 degrees Celsius, turning frequently. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
