Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl Indian rum (Old Monk 42, 8% vol.)
  • 4 cl liqueur (mango liqueur)
  • 1 cl syrup (caramel syrup)
  • 3 cl Cream of Coconut
  • 10 cl juice (lychee juice)
  • 10 cl juice (guava nectar)
  • Ice, some cubes
  • 1 cube of pineapple and 1 cocktail cherry

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Indian cocktail

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a shaker and strain into a hurricane glass with a few ice cubes. Thread the pineapple and cocktail cherry onto a cocktail stick and garnish the rim of the glass.
