Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cl Indian rum (Old Monk 42, 8% vol.)
- 4 cl liqueur (mango liqueur)
- 1 cl syrup (caramel syrup)
- 3 cl Cream of Coconut
- 10 cl juice (lychee juice)
- 10 cl juice (guava nectar)
- Ice, some cubes
- 1 cube of pineapple and 1 cocktail cherry
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
Indian cocktail
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a shaker and strain into a hurricane glass with a few ice cubes. Thread the pineapple and cocktail cherry onto a cocktail stick and garnish the rim of the glass.
