Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g peach(s), pieces
- 5 orange(s), the juice
- 300 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice or lemon juice
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Indian yogurt drink
Puree all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender. Strain the lassi through a fine sieve and serve with ice cubes. Tip: You can also use apricots instead of peaches, then season with a little cinnamon.
