Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g poultry liver(s) (chicken or turkey)
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 can/n tomatoes, chopped
- 4 tbsp fruity chutney
- 2 tbsp chili sauce, hot
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the chicken livers and fry them in a pan until pink. Remove and set aside. Fry the diced onions in the remaining oil. Add the tomato pieces and spices and bring to a boil briefly. Add the livers and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with white bread or rice.
