Turkey liver with onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g turkey liver
  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • n. B. Oil
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 80°C using a shallow dish. Slice the onions into thin rings. Heat the oil in a pan until very hot. Sear the liver on all sides and then add it to the oven. Fry the onions in the oil until translucent. Once the onions are cooked, serve them with the liver. Season with salt at the table. Tip: Do not add salt before frying, otherwise the liver will become tough.
