Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g sugar
- 80 ml oil
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 bar of white chocolate
Instructions

light chocolate muffins with a white chocolate filling
First, combine the flour with the cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. In a separate bowl, combine the egg with the sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, oil, and yogurt. Then fold in the flour mixture and mix well. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin cup and place a piece of white chocolate on top. Cover each cup with the remaining batter and bake at 180°C (350°F) on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes.
