Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 chicken wings
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Split the chicken wings at the joint and season with salt and pepper. Place them on the grill and place them in the oven. Place a baking sheet underneath the grill with a little water to prevent drippings. Mix the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, and cayenne pepper well. Bake the chicken wings at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, brushing them with the marinade several times during baking.
