Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ jar olive oil
- 1 large red bell pepper(s)
- 2 peppers, green or red
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp cumin
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp Fondor
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- 6 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- ¼ liter of water
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- 300 g pasta
- Water (salt water)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Tunisian tomato sauce
Sauté the crushed garlic, finely chopped bell peppers, and sliced chili peppers in oil. Add the tomato paste, harissa, spices, bay leaves, and pureed tomatoes, and continue to sauté briefly. Add the water and simmer for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water. Serve with the sauce.
