Wild Berry Tiramisu

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g cream cheese (Philadelphia Balance with yogurt)
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 125 g ladyfingers
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 250 g berries (wild berry mix), fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, and sugar with an electric hand mixer. Dip half of the sponge fingers in orange juice and line the bottom of a loaf pan with them. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top, then pour the (thawed) wild berry mixture over it. Layer a second layer of sponge fingers on top, drizzle with the remaining orange juice, and spread the remaining cream on top.
