simple and delicious

First, stir one packet of pudding powder into a cup of milk, following the instructions. Put the remaining milk, 125g of sugar, and 100g of butter into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the stirred pudding powder to the pan and bring to a boil briefly. Then let the mixture cool. Using a mixer, vigorously mix the 750g quark, 2 eggs, 1 packet of pudding powder, and 125g of sugar and pour into a springform pan to form the base. The mandarins can now be scattered on top as desired. Stir 5 egg yolks and the lemon flavoring into the cooled pudding mixture from the beginning of the recipe. Beat the 5 egg whites until stiff and also fold into the pudding mixture. Slide the finished mixture onto the base and smooth it down. Bake everything in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan setting) for about 60 minutes.
