Orange – Peach – Carrot – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s), roughly chopped
  • 500 g peach(s), chopped
  • 300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and blend with a hand blender. Then, according to the package instructions, bring the gelling sugar to a boil. While still hot, pour into prepared jars and seal immediately.
