Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 18 chicken wings
- 115 g butter
- 4 tbsp sugar, brown
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- ¼ tsp garlic
- ¼ tsp onion(s)
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 shot of beer
- Tabasco
- possibly lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Buffalo Chicken Wings
Deep-fry the chicken wings for 10-15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. While the chicken wings are in the fryer, make the sauce. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, add Tabasco and tomato paste. Then add the remaining ingredients. Next, add the beer or orange and lemon juice, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the finished sauce over the chicken wings. Serve with French fries.
