Ingredients for 10 servings:
- Oil for the mold
- 100 g flour (wheat flour)
- 100 g corn flour, fine
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp oil
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 ml milk
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 3, fan oven 180°C). Thoroughly grease an approximately 18 cm baking dish. Quickly mix all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl, transfer to the baking dish, and bake in the bottom of the oven for about 25 minutes.
