Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (any kind :-))
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 2 tsp flour
- 150 ml cream
- 150 ml milk
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 50 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Bring water to a boil with a little salt and oil, then add the pasta. When the pasta is cooked, drain well in a sieve. In the meantime, prepare the sauce: First, dice the ham, garlic, and onions, then set aside. Melt the 2 tablespoons of margarine in a large saucepan, add the flour, and mix. Then add the cream and milk. Stir constantly to ensure nothing sticks or burns. Bring everything to a boil. Then mix in the ham, garlic, and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then bring to a boil again. I usually add half a teaspoon of vegetable stock (powder). Mix the drained pasta with the sauce. Then serve on a plate. If you like, you can sprinkle some grated cheese over the ham pasta.
