Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg spare ribs (ribs)
- 250 ml soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted, unhulled
- 3 tbsp oil (dark sesame oil)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tsp ginger, freshly grated
- 150 ml water
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp chili pepper(s), coarsely chopped, dried
- 2 ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 bulb(s) garlic
Instructions

Bulgogi – a Korean recipe
Cut the pork ribs into any size pieces and rinse. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce and water. Peel the garlic and press it in. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it into fine strips. Peel and grate the ginger. Then add the mixture. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Add the ribs and pour the brine over them. Let them sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange the ribs on the ribs and pour the brine over them. Bake in the oven at 180-200°C for about 45 minutes.
