Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 375 ml buttermilk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Oil, for frying
- Blueberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Knead everything into a dough and fold in the blueberries. Fry in a hot pan with oil until golden brown on both sides.
