Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 mango(s), peeled, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber(s), peeled, pitted, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato(s), diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 leaves of nasturtium
- 1 tsp spice mix (Hot Cajun powder) or similar with heat
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 25 minutes
Refreshing and delicious
Mix all ingredients together, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let stand for 30 minutes. It goes great with grilled food.
