Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper, ground black

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 5 minutes

Combine the ingredients thoroughly in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Once cooled, pour over the meat, which should then marinate for 2 to 3 hours. If you prefer a more intense flavor, you can also marinate overnight. Use with beef and pork.
