Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (rice vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil, neutral
  • Mustard powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Salad dressing for Lomi Lomi

In a small bowl, combine the sugar and vinegar until dissolved. Stir in the lime juice and vegetable oil. Season the dressing with mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Serve with lomi lomi (in my recipes) or other salmon salads.
