Tuna salad with oranges and apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 oranges (naval oranges)
  • 2 small apples (e.g. Elstar)
  • 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • some lemon juice
  • 3 tsp horseradish (horseradish – apple horseradish)
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a salad bowl. Peel the oranges (removing as much of the white as possible) and cut it into pieces. Wash, peel, core, and also cut the apples into pieces, and add both to the tuna. For the dressing, combine all the ingredients (preferably in a shaker), then pour over the ingredients and mix gently.
