Mini donuts for the donut maker

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 260 g flour
  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30 g icing sugar for sprinkling
  • some oil for the device

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

enough for approx. 18 pieces

Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, eggs, oil, baking powder, and salt into a smooth batter. Heat up the donut maker and brush with a little oil. Fill each ring with 1 level tablespoon of batter. Close the oven and bake the donuts for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Dust the donuts with powdered sugar while they’re still warm. My tip: Eat and enjoy them while they’re still warm; they taste better that way. Makes about 18 donuts.
