Black & White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 75 g butter, melted
  • 75 ml milk
  • 150 g chocolate, white, chopped
  • 75 g dark chocolate, min. 70%, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chocolate dough with white and dark chocolate pieces

Combine flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Beat eggs with sugar until thick and creamy, then stir in sour cream and melted butter. Quickly stir in milk and flour mixture, then stir in chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the baking molds and bake at 190°C for about 25 minutes. Note: Instead of white and dark chocolate, you can also use any kind of chocolate or chocolate bar leftovers in the batter.
