  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tbsp flour, for the roux
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a North Frisian side dish

Make a roux from flour, butter, bean broth, and milk. Pour in the cream, bring to a boil, season with spices, add the beans, and heat gently. The sauce should have a thick consistency. A delicious and quick accompaniment to all meat and poultry dishes.
