Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp chili flakes (Gochugaru)
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp raw cane sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Thinly slice the cucumber and mix in. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
