Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g soy sprouts or mung bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili powder, Korean (Gotchugaru)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted

Blanch the sprouts for about 3 minutes and then rinse. Prepare a marinade with the remaining ingredients and pour it over the blanched soybean sprouts.
