Salad made from soybean sprouts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g soy sprouts or mung bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili powder, Korean (Gotchugaru)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blanch the sprouts for about 3 minutes and then rinse. Prepare a marinade with the remaining ingredients and pour it over the blanched soybean sprouts.
