Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 red chili peppers, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chives
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
- 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
- 1 tsp soy sauce, light
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and halve the cucumber. Scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon and slice the cucumber thinly. Blot any juice from the cucumber with a kitchen towel. Place the cucumber slices in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
