Wild garlic potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 large potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • wild garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the potatoes and halve or quarter them, depending on their size. Boil them in salted water as usual. Drain the potatoes and add the olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the crushed garlic and sprinkle with wild garlic. Mix everything together.
