Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 tbsp miso paste, dark
  • 8 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat and remove from heat. Makes approximately 150 ml.
