Breakfast porridge with fruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup oatmeal, fine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 handful of raspberries, frozen
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the oats, water, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place the raspberries in a bowl, and wash and cut the remaining fruit into bite-sized pieces. Remove the finished porridge from the heat and add a generous splash of milk until the desired consistency is reached. Mix the porridge with the raspberries. Sweeten to taste. Add the remaining fruit and top with chia seeds and cinnamon sugar.
