  • 1 egg yolk

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti or macaroni)

Cook the pasta al dente. Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil, while adding the cheese. Once the cheese has completely dissolved, add the egg yolk and season with salt and pepper.
