Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 pkt. cheese (Chester – sliced cheese) or 200 g cheddar
- 1 egg yolk
- salt and pepper
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti or macaroni)
Instructions

Real American
Cook the pasta al dente. Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil, while adding the cheese. Once the cheese has completely dissolved, add the egg yolk and season with salt and pepper. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and mix everything together. It’s perfect as a main course or as a side dish.
