Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 280 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 300 g Cheddar cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions and drain. Chop or slice the cheese. Melt the butter. Add the flour and sauté. Gradually stir in the milk. Once the sauce has thickened, remove the pan from the heat. Add the cheese to the hot sauce and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper and add the pasta.
